Deniz is an executive coach, international master trainer, virtual facilitator, inspirational speaker, and a talent development consultant. Founder of ProAkademi Consulting Ltd., she holds a Cognitive Psychology MA degree and is a PhD candidate in Industrial and Organisational Psychology with a concentration on leadership.

She was internationally awarded as “Most Outstanding Trainer” by Junior Chamber International, received the “Presidential Citation” from Toastmasters International, and the “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the International Union of Professional Trainers.

She has designed and delivered interactive training programs and tailormade solutions at numerous international, regional and national events since 2001, from Japan to America, Denmark to Jordan in over 30 countries, reaching 100 nationalities face to face, and travelled to 550 cities from 90 countries. Deniz led diverse trainer teams, long term, preparing and running multi-day academy programs. She worked also as an academic instructor at Istinye University.

Deniz is certified by 8 different coaching training programs from USA, Canada, UK, China, and Turkey, she has been executive coaching for 15 years, especially supporting leaders during change management in the fast-paced multi-cultural environments. She focuses on empowering women.

She is a returning speaker and panellist at Association for Talent Development (ATD) International Conferences successively since 2007. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and co-author of the cross-cultural book, “Destination Facilitation”, that she wrote the chapter about Europe.

Deniz having lived in the USA and Austria, is now back in Turkey, she is married with one daughter and a dog. Her passion is travelling and leadership development, with special attention to empowering women, in all geographies, ages and professions.
