After graduating with master’s degree in economy and finance, she was interested to understand what makes big companies successful, and why some teams achieve success quicker than others, and are able to sustain that success over the long term? For ten years she has been working in corporate finance for market leaders such as HP, Abbott and ERT.Â
She has learned that, if you want to be competitive, you need to work SMART and perform at high level for longer periods. During that time she was leading many international teams and financial projects, related to product and market development. For five years is living and working in Germany. Her mission is to support people to grow and achieve more professionally and financially.
