Monette is the founder and president of TeamAsia, an award-winning integrated marketing experience firm that builds brands through branding & design, digital marketing, content marketing, events & activation, video production. Monette concurrently serves as chairwoman of the Women’s Business Council of the Philippines (WomenBizPH); chairwoman of Hopkins International Partners, Inc.; President of the Government-Academe-Industry Network (GAIN), and Vice President for Conventions of the Philippine Association of Convention/Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers (PACEOS).

She served on the Tourism Promotions Board as a director representing the Meeting, Incentives Travel, Conventions, and Exhibitions & Events Services & Facilities Sector for three years. She currently heads the Sub-Working Group for Human Resources of the Philippine M.I.C.E Roadmap 2030, and serves on the board of Philippine Women Economic Network.

She leveraged a distinguished career in international publishing to conceptualize and create Asia’s first agency dedicated exclusively to corporate identity development and non-traditional, multichannel marketing communications. Monette developed the business processes that made TeamAsia a modern marketing communications pioneer in Asia, and an award-winning arbiter of industry performance.

A popular public speaker and business consultant, Monette delivers presentations and workshops on Event Management, Presentation Skills, Business Writing, Teambuilding, Dealing with Difficult People, and more. A founder and lecturer of the Philippine MICE Academy, she is part of the Speakers Bureau of the League of Corporate Foundations CSR Institute.

She completed her AB in Psychology at College of the Holy Spirit, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and her MBM with Distinction at Asian Institute of Management. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Monette was recognized as one of 2021’s Most Influential Filipino Women on LinkedIn. She received the Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs Award 2018 by the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN) and the Philippines Women Leadership Awards 2018. She was also chosen as one of 2014 Ten Outstanding Alumnae of the College of the Holy Spirit and was a recipient of the IABC 2016 CEO Excel Awards.
